Welcome to BE INFOSEC ("BEIS"). By accessing and using our website and online courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any activities on our platform.  BEIS may revise these terms of use at any time without notice.  

1.  Acceptance of Terms

1.1.  By accessing or using BEIS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from accessing or using our services.

1.2.  By accessing or using BEIS, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.  Use License

2.1. Subject to your compliance with these terms, BEIS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our online courses solely for personal or internal business purposes.

2.2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, or sell any content from our courses without express written permission from BEIS. Furthermore, you may not exploit our courses for any commercial purposes, whether direct or indirect, without prior written consent.

2.3.  Your use license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BEIS at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, access to the associated product(s) will be revoked and you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3.  Use of False Information

3.1.  You agree to provide accurate and truthful personal and payment information when registering for BE INFOSEC courses. Falsifying information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access. This includes the use of false names and temporary email addresses.

3.2.  BEIS reserves the right to take legal action or report fraudulent activities related to the use of false information or fraudulent payments.

4.  Access

4.1.  BEIS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our courses at any time and for any reason, without liability or prior notice.

4.2.  You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of any login credentials and account information associated with your access to BEIS. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to BEIS immediately.

5.  Subscriptions and Payment Plan

5.1. By subscribing to a paid plan or payment option offered by BE INFOSEC, you agree to pay the specified fees and charges associated with the selected plan. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5.2. Payment for subscriptions shall be made in accordance with the terms and methods specified on the BE INFOSEC website. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the courses.

5.3. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring accurate payment information is provided.

6.  Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. BEIS offers a refund policy for our online courses, subject to certain conditions. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

6.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request in writing to our customer support team, providing specific details as to why you are requesting a refund.

6.3. BEIS reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as course completion, user experience, and technical issues.

6.4. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of BEIS. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

6.5. The CISSP Challenge training program offered by BEIS comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee and an exam pass guarantee, providing the opportunity for a full refund of the purchase price if you do not pass the CISSP exam on your next attempt.

6.6. To qualify for the CISSP Challenge training program pass guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:

6.6.1. Be actively enrolled in the CISSP Challenge training program within 30 days of your CISSP exam date.

6.6.2. Complete at least 90% of the CISSP Challenge training program prior to your CISSP exam date.

6.6.3. Score 75% or higher on your first (1st) attempt at the CISSP Challenge final exam.

6.6.4. Take the CISSP exam within 30 days of completing the CISSP Challenge final exam.

6.7. Refunds and reimbursements, whether full or partial, will be processed and completed within a maximum of 5 business days.

7.  Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All intellectual property rights associated with BEIS, including but not limited to course content, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to BEIS. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2. By accessing our courses, you agree to respect and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of BEIS. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials may result in legal action.

8.  Disclaimer of Liability

8.1. BEIS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content within our courses. The information provided is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered legal or professional advice.

8.2. BEIS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our courses, including but not limited to errors, omissions, interruptions, or loss of data.

9.  Governing Law

9.1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Florida, United States of America.

9.3. In addition to the state laws of Florida, you agree to comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations governing your use of BE INFOSEC's online courses.

10.  Communications

10.1. By using BEIS online courses, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, email notifications, newsletters, updates, and other relevant information pertaining to your account and the courses you have enrolled in.

10.2. You consent to receive electronic communications as the primary method of communication between you and BEIS. You acknowledge that electronic communications are considered legally binding and have the same legal effect as written communications.

10.3. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information in your account settings. It is your obligation to ensure that the email address provided is valid and capable of receiving communications from BEIS.

10.4. If you wish to opt out of receiving certain communications from BEIS, you may do so by following the opt-out instructions provided in the respective communication or by contacting our customer support team.

10.5. Please note that you cannot opt out of receiving critical communications related to your account, payments, and important updates regarding the courses you have enrolled in, as these communications are necessary for the proper functioning of the services provided by BEIS.

10.6. BEIS takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of communications sent to you. However, we cannot guarantee the security of electronic communications, and you acknowledge that the transmission of information through electronic means may involve certain risks.
